Grow Your Career
As an expanding Nursery Group employing over 450 staff, we can provide opportunities for career progression. Our job roles are always advertised internally first as we prefer to recruit from within when possible.
Your Manager will be responsible for your career development and we actively encourage our teams to embrace the training available. Our aim is make you the best you can possibly be, whether you are a childcare level 3 practitioner, just starting out or level 5 qualified.


Start your career with an apprenticeship
Looking to start your career in childcare? A training apprentice with Farm Day Nurseries lasts 21 months and can give you the OFSTED Early Years Educator Level 3 qualifiication.
You’ll learn how to provide a happy, safe, secure and stimulating environment within a Nursery, as well as understand a child’s social, physical, intellectual and emotional needs.
We cover all the costs of your training programme (worth upto £3,000). Successful candidates will have a nurturing and caring personality, alongside a desire to learn and develop.
